Full Stack Engineer
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new features and frameworks, also for maintaining the existing ones and improving them. At We like to remain curious and open to all technology stacks in order to keep our products innovative.
ABOUT YOU
Missions
- Design and develop code parts of the product.
- Develop functional web applications with AngularJS/ReactJS.
- Build reusable Angular/React components.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
- Contribute to building new features from initial architecture choices to the marketable product impulsing innovative solutions and the most recent technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve existing features by fixing defects and doing continuous refactors to modernize the technical stack and reduce the overall architecture complexity.
- Architect efficient database schemas for new implementations or contribute to improving existing ones.
- Evangelize code quality through writing well-designed, structured code, and unit tests, while following best industry practices.
- Refactor, optimize, and constantly drive for improved efficiency and code health, and reduced complexity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Experience in Back-End Development with JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB (or other relevant technologies),
- Experienced in working with Angular or other relevant technologies.
- Experience and clear understanding of both object-oriented and functional design patterns with JavaScript.
- Experience in working with JavaScript build and dependency management tools such as Webpack, Grunt, Gulp.
- Experience in working with version control systems (Git).
- Self-motivated and learning-driven personality.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and with the team members.
- English speaking & writing abilities

Project Manager
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications for Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
SDR / Marketeer
Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Utilize Monday.com lead boards, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate services while looking after the customer’s best interest
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of any work experience
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email, both in English and Hebrew (Russian is a plus)
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
